DispatchReply, a service of Purple Peach LLC dba DispatchReply.

Program description

DispatchReply provides automated text-back and appointment booking for home-service businesses (such as plumbers, HVAC companies, electricians, and roofers), responding to customer-initiated contact. When you call or send a web inquiry to a participating business and the call is missed, DispatchReply replies by SMS to answer your questions, qualify the job, and help you book an appointment. We only message people who have contacted a participating business first; we do not send marketing or promotional messages.

Opt-out and help

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text STOP to the number you are messaging with. After you send STOP, we will send you a confirmation and then stop sending you messages. Replying STOP unsubscribes you from all further messages.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Consent

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase. You may use and purchase DispatchReply's services, or those of a participating business, without agreeing to receive SMS messages.

Cost

DispatchReply does not charge you, the consumer, for receiving these text messages. As noted above, message and data rates may apply from your wireless carrier.

Privacy

Information collected through the program is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your data, we do not share it with third parties, and we do not use it for marketing.
